THOMAS WILLIAM PARKER-CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER- SANKOFA SOLUTIONS INC
Thomas is currently representing Sankofa in Ghana in the capacity of Chief Operating Officer, and has full oversight over the Interests, Development planning and policy direction of Sankofa in Ghana.
BACKGROUND
He has already done a great deal of work on exploring forward and backward linkages in the areas of business development, as well as other very viable opportunities that would empower entrepreneurs and positively influence the development of strategic partnerships to provide opportunities for stronger growth under the ambit of Sankofa in the USA, as well as showcase the U.S Government business supportiveness to enterprises such as Sankofa .
He is a seasoned professional with over 20 years in the Energy Sector under the guidance of our recently departed father William Sekyi Parker ( Former Chief Executive, Tema Oil Refinery-see biography), with special competence in Hydrocarbons and Downstream Oil Sector operations with Shell, a multinational player in the global market and a major player in Ghana.
He is currently the Retail Lubricants Category manager for Vivo Energy Ghana, Licenced Marketer of Shell Fuels and Lubricants in Africa.
He has also established an enviable reputation in Marketing and Advertising, and is the Executive Director of Megalynk Ventures, which is our local affiliate with the role of managing the Advertising, Marketing and Public Relations development of Sankofa in Ghana and West Africa.
With our support has worked closely with, and continues to support, US Based organizations such as the FHI 360 International, Grameen Foundation and the USAID.
He has an extremely good understanding of the local terrain and can facilitate an effective support network In Ghana.
EDUCATION
Thomas holds a masters degree in industrial Management, A diploma in Education as well as a degree in Sociology and Economics.
He is a fully certified trainer, and has extensive experience in training and facilitation within the industry.
Ms. Louisa Olywayemisi Parker
Human Resource Management Professional with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and valuable working experience in Banking and Financial Management as well as Marketing. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Graphic Design and has been involved Real Estate Consultancy, Development and Management for several years.

I have collaborated in the development, promotion, construction and management of several high value Real Estate projects in Accra, Ghana such as Parker’s Place (an exclusive gated community of 14 luxurious townhouses) Gardenville Townhomes (completed recently- an enclave of 6 luxurious townhomes) and several blocks of high end residential apartments, to name a few . These projects are currently valued in excess of 30 million dollars.
I am currently involved in the development and promotion of multiple projects in highly attractive residential locations in Accra, Ghana and beyond.
I am also involved in Consulting for the promotion, brokerage and financing of High end Residential Real Estate projects.
I currently collaborate with highly skilled Professionals in the Real Estate and Construction Industry to provide sound, practical and effective solutions to Real Estate challenges.
In keeping with the concept and psychology of Sankofa Solutions corporate aims and objectives, I am conscious of the need to preserve and promote the African experience. To this end, I am constantly in contact with indigenous producers of uniquely Ghanaian products for export such as:

• Jewellery
• Furniture
