i am an experienced emotionally intelligent leader/woman of color with a Master’s Degree in Organizational Psychology, a graduate certification in Organizational Conflict Management, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Currently in the process of renewing my certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), I am a savvy professional who will swiftly contribute favorably to your organizational bottom line. With experience in a variety of leadership and individual contributor roles working with diverse populations from both a program management and direct service perspective, I bring a real world and hands on perspective intrinsic for business in today’s world.
